Availability of Products and delivery times are indicated on the Website. However, such information is to be considered purely indicative and not binding on the part of the Seller.

The Seller undertakes to use its best endeavours to comply with the delivery times indicated on the Website and, in any case, to perform delivery within a maximum of 14 days starting from the day after the day on which the Consumer processes the order. In the event that the Seller fails to deliver the order due to the, even temporary, unavailability of the Product, the Seller shall provide written notice to the Consumer and shall refund any amount already paid by the Consumer for the payment of the Product. 

The delivery time shall begin from the receipt of payment by the Seller. Shipment of the Products ordered by the Consumer shall take place in the mode selected by the Consumer, among those available and indicated on the Website at the time the order is sent. The Consumer undertakes to check as soon as possible that the delivery includes all and only the products purchased and to promptly inform the Seller of any defects in the products received or of any discrepancy with the order placed. In the absence of a complaint, the products shall be deemed to be accepted. If the packaging or wrapping of the products ordered by the Consumer arrive to their destination clearly damaged, the Consumer has the right to refuse delivery by the courier/shipper or to accept delivery ‘with reserve’. 

The Seller shall attach to the Products the sales receipt or invoice relating the purchase made, in paper format, or shall promptly send them to the Consumer via e-mail at the address stated by the latter. 


If the Consumer is not satisfied with its purchase, it has 30 days from the date on which it received the goods to make a return request.

How to request a return

Carefully pack the product using only the original packaging. Close the tube with reinforced ‘Filament’ type tape otherwise the bar will cut the tape during transport. 

Archema is not responsible for damage to the Products caused by transport.

Archema sells only new material so shall only reimburse new and perfectly packaged material. Any used, assembled, damage or unpacked material shall not be refunded.

1. Send the return request to Archema Customer Care or through the contact area or by email to customercare@archema.it explaining the reasons for the return.

2. Archema Customer Care shall send to the Consumer a confirmation e-mail with a Return Authorisation Code (RAC) to be attached to the package(s). Once the goods have been packaged, the Consumer must call the courier or notify Archema Customer Care to have the goods collected. 


Archema sells only new material so shall only reimburse new and perfectly packaged material. Any used, assembled, damage or unpacked material shall not be refunded.

The return shall be processed within 10 working days from the date of arrival of the returned goods to the warehouse. Archema shall contact the Consumer by email if the goods are not new and perfectly intact. 

Items accepted by Archema shall be reimbursed by the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, AmazonPay) in the shortest possible time and in any case within 30 days from the date on which the package was returned to the warehouse. 

The return value shall be equal to the value of the invoice/receipt, including VAT of the goods accepted. 

Returns of wrong or damaged products

If the Consumer receives the wrong or damaged products, contact Archema Customer Care via email on customercare@archema.it or through the contact area describing the damage/error and providing photographic proof. 

Archema shall send a confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed.
